How long will it take to receive my order? Our delivery time consists of two parts: Handling time (1-3 business days) and Transit time (8-15 business days). Total delivery typically takes 9-18 business days.
Do you provide tracking information? Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or through the carrier's portal.
What is your order cut-off time? Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily focus on serving customers within the United States.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All these digital wallets are coming soon. When available, you can see all these payment icons on the footer or the checkout page.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@cornerstreet.store within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to cancel it.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

How do I know which size to choose? We recommend checking our Size Guide (available on the product page) before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend ordering the larger size for boots.
Are your shoes durable? Yes! We carefully select our products (especially our British-style leather shoes and boots) for their quality and durability to ensure long-lasting comfort.
